Please send us a covering letter, your up-to-date résumé, relevant references as well as degree certificates and evidence of further training.
After we have received your application, you will receive a confirmation of receipt.
We will then examine your documents carefully and get back to you promptly to let you know what will happen next. If you have been shortlisted, we will invite you to an initial Microsoft Teams meeting so that we can get to know each other.
This will be followed by a personal interview on site. Depending on the position, the selection procedure may also include a specialist task.
In the final interview at our site, you will be given detailed information about our employment conditions and a specific salary proposal.
We will then both make our decisions.
To ensure we get off to the best start, all new employees are given an individually tailored onboarding plan. Depending on the role, the induction usually takes two to three months.
Yes. If you work full-time, it is possible to work from home for up to two days per week (depending on your role and tasks).
Part-time work is possible in principle, depending on the role. We would be happy to discuss details with you in person.
Usually, the whole process from the initial meeting to the decision takes between four and six weeks.
